Account help
For sign-in, account access, profile, or account deletion requests, include the email address on the account and the device or platform you used.
Purchases
For purchase or refund questions, include the payment provider, approximate purchase time, and receipt or order identifier when available.
Safety reports
For content or safety issues, include the game link, what happened, and any screenshots or reproduction details that can help us investigate.
Technical problems
For crashes, loading problems, or performance issues, include your device model, operating system version, app version, and the steps that reproduce the issue.
Privacy and deletion requests
You can request account deletion, data access, correction, or export by email. We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account.
